First time going and I was super impressed!! Got me on fast, I was able to watch the service and saw some great teamwork, and the prices?? SPECTACULAR!! This is the only place in town that has synthetic blend oil change FULL service for less than $45. No pressure to buy anything you don't need and most importantly NO BS! I will definitely come back and if you haven't been what are you waiting for??

I highly recommend this place! Mechanics are super friendly and professional. I came here today Oct 10, for an oil change and to have a consistently low tire checked.nnNot only did they do what I needed, but they cleaned my windshield and vacuumed as well which I wasn't expecting...The tire ended up having another issue related to the sensor/valve stem.nnThroughout the process of finding the problem with my tire, I was informed of costs and why it happened. I admit I don't know much about cars, but I appreciate them asking permission prior to doing something as well as giving me some car education, ha.nnAlso, as I've been waiting, another customer came and thought she needed an oil change. They checked her car, said not yet and didn't charge her. I've been to other places that will!nnTL:DR - GO HERE! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful!

BSI does amazing work. Techs and mechanics are very thorough explaining what they are doing, what services you may need in the future, and are handling all Covid-necessary protocols the correct way. I do not trust my car with many, but they are top of the line. 5/5 will continue to go back

The folks here are genuinely good people. Such a friendly greeting on the phone; all employees too! I needed to get my transmission flushed and an oil change. There was a leaking hose on the auxiliary cooler and I asked them to fix that too. I needed an inspection, but the check engine light was on. So they pulled the code (air sensor), reset the OBD and said to drive a bit and it should stay cleared; bring it back for a passing inspection! Great people. Although i did notice there's still a leak so I need to swing back in tomorrow. I have no doubt they'll do great work again! Going here from now on for all my service!!! Highly recommended.

Just sat there 15 minutes. Was only car waiting on the outside part and was never greeted. I was seen and looked at several times. Walked past several times. Not even a ‘just a minute’ wave. Very disappointed. Went to 17th extension and was immediately greeted and they did an awesome job. Wednesday’s must be a rough day for y’all.
