Got a aftermarket parts that was no good, packaging was discarded so I can't return it for my money back. So AutoZone asked me to reach out to them which I have and they never replied ... Wow it's a shame they were my go to Auto store, it is insulting to act as you are listening to your customers but can't hear what they have to say... Don't waste your customers time if you truly don't intend to help.

The folks @ Monkey Junction Autozone are the best!! Came in yesterday, hot after vehicle having dead battery and stranding my son and I. Michelle was SO wonderful; she and Mike were friendly, compassionate. Michelle got us fixed up in no time w/ new battery installed, while having a smile on her face the entire time! It’s the employees like these that has kept me loyal to Autozone for years, ever since my days living in Memphis TN !! A big thank you ud83dude0a to this store from my family.

Mike and Tyler are great! Had a battery issue and they got me in and out in 5 minutes! They stand by their warranties and were very professional and helpful.

Great service by all. Mike the manager provides outstanding customer service. Goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied.
