Quarter pounder taste like it was cooked this morning, fried cold and was charged 7.15 for food that's in the trash. This is the second time my Burger was terrible. The last time was the same. It's being pre cooked n sitting there for a While. I paid my money went to the next window n it was ready. So I know it wasn't just cooked. Terrible.
This location is close to our house so I often go there. It's usually ok, never spectacular. Today I stopped for an iced coffee and a half gallon of tea. After receiving the coffee I was told to pull up and they'd bring the tea to me. I waited 9 minutes and when I got it, it was 3 inches shy of full. I asked about it and the young woman delivering it said a lot of people didn't like their drinks full. Please ... That insults my intelligence. When I called to speak to the manager it wasn' t much better. Food here is generally ok but service is awful and customer service is just as bad ... Maybe even worse! Steer clear of the store at Masonboro Commons!
Foods ok but overpriced as are the other fast food restaurants.
Never busy and always hot and fresh food.
Drive through. They asked at what sauce at speaker again at window,yea its in bag.got home no sauce. Gave nuggets to dogs. PAY ATTENTION MANAGEMENT
