I'm a week into my meal plan and I can say that I've notice an increase in energy and my stomach feels healthier and no longer bloated. Morgan was very friendly and competent with his nutrition background. As far as the food, as a latino(seasoning is king) I was skeptical that it wasn't going to taste as amazing as advertised and I can honestly say that I've never tasted prepackage food this fresh and full of flavor. I'm very happy to have started this journey with Project LeanNation! Highly recommend checking them out!
The owner, Morgan, is great and the meals have helped me reach my goal of gaining more muscle, and they’re delicious. I never gotten enough calories to hit my goals because making food was too inconvenient and frankly I’m not an experienced cook and would probably eat the same thing everyday. But with PLN meals I get variety, taste, ease, all for a good price. Then I get an in body scan at the shop to make sure I’m tracking towards my goals. It’s a great concept and I love supporting a local business, so it’s a win win!
Morgan over at project lean nation Plaza Is the absolute best! The food is fantastic, the price is very reasonable and the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! If you are looking to get healthy eats and helpful nutrition tips/advice, I highly recommend checking out PLN in plaza!
