This location is pretty decent but the app has been trying to charge me $25 if I use it to order, tell me the order never went through but they receive it somehow. None of the staff here was helpful at all with trying to help figure out what was going on with it either of my 3 visits where it happened more than once. My last 2 smoothies were mouthwatering but the first one I got tasted like a chalkboard eraser.
Every smoothie I have gotten from this location has been very good! The employees are friendly and helpful, but sometimes they have ones that are in a training period so it's important to be patient.
Customer service is unprofessional that’s all I can say. A bunch of kids working here . They don’t speak when you walk in even if you are standing there the register looking them dead in the eye. My smoothie was watered down. I have emailed the manager and he was very nice so that’s why I’ll give 3 stars , but I’m throwing this smoothie away.
Edit. Update. My Dad ended up passing away, these few moments when we enjoyed our smoothies together will be memories that last a life time. I know it sounds silly, but with covid I could only be with him for short periods of time. There wasn’t much else we could do, so smoothies became our thing. I miss my dad a lot. Rip 8/13/20.nI loved smoothie king, but now I love them more. My Dad is in the hospital and he loves smoothies. I’ve been getting him a smoothie everyday to help him feel better. Well, this morning I couldn’t make it up in time and so my dad called this store. And the lovely associate made my dad a smoothie and went out of her way to deliver it him. Allison and Jada are amazing. You should be happy to have them on the team. Kind, passionate, caring and all around amazing young women. I’ll be a customer for life because of what these ladies did for my sick dad. Thank you!
Horrible experience. So out of order . They didn’t know what they were doing . Messing up smoothies giving you the wrong order !! Waste
