Do not get delivery from the Pizza Hut in Nashville. It will always be cold because they leave and deliver several pizzas before you. Even if you give the maximum tip. I have requested my tip back twice. I’m done
They gave me the wrong size pizza. They called me back a few minutes later and gave me the correct size for free. Also a couple of years ago I had an issue with a coupon code and a gift card they corrected that. My experience with them over the years at this location has been very good. You are not currently allowed to dine in this location. At one point in time years ago they ran a buffet special from time to time that was something like five or six dollars all you could eat. Those were good days and hopefully one day they will be again!
I'm a truck driver and the made it easy for me to get my pizza. Great customer service
I come here all the time. When I receive Candace or this other girl Alexis service is great. When I get the other two not so much. Train the other two like you trained them!
