If i could give 0 stars and still leave a review i would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Staff is super slow....every time ive tried to go throw the drive throw i wait 15 minutes to even has someone come get my order. Ive watch people just leave because they never had anyone come throw the window, then to top if off they are beyond rude and lack the biggest thing that customer service intells....the customer Dont waste your time here. There is a Mavrick down the street, better service, friendly service and to top it off......customers clearly come first there.

The girl with the black hair was a complete douche bag (may be her time of the month) and the Service was terrible! If I could have put it less then 1 Star I would she needs to change her attitude fast if she want people to come!! but the girl with the blond hair was super nice!

Always seems to be busy both inside and out. Did not have any interactions with staff.

If I could give a zero for the customer service I received today I would. This was my experience today at approx 11:45 am MST. Today I pulled up to the drive thru window. I asked the attendant, a short, dark haired male, for 3 chicken strips and a 32 ounce Pepsi. I was told they didn't have any chicken strips. I didn't know what I wanted to order then so I told him that I would just come inside. There was a semi with trailers parked to the east of the building unloading fuel. I pulled forward where there were 4 parking stalls. The one at the north end had a small red compact car. I wanted to leave enough room for people to get by that were at the gas pump & also those coming thru the drive thru window so I parked slanted across 2 stalls. (I drive a full size luxury sedan that would have blocked the driveway if I had parked in the stall straight.) I walked in & there was chicken strips right in the case even though he told me there wasn't any. I got my food, a drink & paid. As I turned to walk away the attendant said, "Next time don't park like a jack**s". I immediately turned back around and said, "What did you just say to me?" and he repeated himself. I told him #1 that it's not ok for him to call me a jack**s & #2 I parked that way to be courteous of the customers that still needed to get by due to the semi being parked there. He told me, "well I still shouldn't park like a jack**s." I thought that I was doing the right thing by being courteous to other customers so that they could get thru. I have never been so humiliated in my life in front of a store full of people and employees just staring at me. I do not feel that I was in the wrong. I unfortunately didn't catch his name but will be going back after work to try to get it. I feel that swearing at a customer, whether they are in the right or wrong is very, very uncalled for and poor customer service. I have been a patron of this store on a regular basis for over the last 10 years and have never had an issue with any staff members prior to today. I am still in shock and appalled. I hope that at the very, very least your employees will have training on how to treat and NOT treat your customers. ~ Your In Shock Customer
