I had a very positive experience at this Salon! Jade my stylist was amazing! Everyone is very friendly and very professional! She did an amazing job with my hair! Jade was very knowledgeable, and she is amazing at her job! I would highly recommend this salon! Prices are also very reasonable for the services provided.

I had been to a lot of salons and stylists since moving to Charlotte, so I'm so so happy I finally found Jade Jackson at Gisoo! I appreciate that she knows so much about all different hair textures. The treatments she has recommended for my hair have been a game-changer. Can't recommend her enough and I will not be going anywhere else!

So growing up I had always gone to the quickest place. But more recently I had fallen in love with growing lighter with my hair. I was recommended to go here if I wanted the absolute best experience. And boy did they hit it out of the ballpark. I went in and met Samantha (super nice and a great listener). I showed her pictures of what I had picked out. Since it was sort of a mixture of some highlights, blonde color, and balayage, she came up with a wonderful vision. She was honest upfront and told me that my hair would not get to the pictures I picked out within one visit, but we could work up to it. I felt at this point, any other place would’ve just gone for it and turned my hair all colors. After a 4 hour visit (which seemed like nothing), I was absolutely blown away by the final result! I don’t regret going here one bit! This salon is fantastic!! Thank you so much to everyone!!

I went yesterday and had my hair cut by Jade and I have to say it was the best hair cut I have ever received!! She was friendly, took her time and made sure that I was happy with what she did! She truly went above and beyond as a hair dresser with always asking if I was comfortable and making sure I was enjoying the experience. I wish more hairdressers were like her! I am so happy with my hair cut and it was truly a great experience!! Absolutely ask for Jade !!
