I have used several times in the past. I was scheduled with Julian on 3/29/21. They called me to make sure I would be on time for my appointment and 18 mins. Later, I wasn’t seen yet. When I asked to speak to the manager; I was told Julian was the manager. Maybe it’s time for new management. I never experienced a lack of consideration for my time. The old management was always prompt with service.
I wasn't aware that the Dilworth location didn't accept groupons until after my service was completed. I felt rushed off after the service was completed and I never received the post care kit I was told I would get after my Brazilian. I Will not return.

I've been here 2 or 3 times, since my moving to Charlotte. I was skeptical at first when I was looking for a new waxing salon, being that the one I was used to is in Virginia. But since my first appointment, it's been nothing but excellent service!! The ladies there are so respectful, they make you feel comfortable. Once the pandemic is over, I WILL be making a appointment.
