Had a great experience with Woodies. Brought my car in that had been leaking oil for a month or two, and had taken the car to other places who couldn't solve the issue. Woodies rep Bobby kept in constant contact with me about repairs needed for the car, and made sure it was ready to go before I had to leave for work the next day.nnGreat place!

I have been going to Woodies for years and used several locations as I have moved around town. I have never had an issue with a vehicle since using them and they are honest hard working people. Highly recommend. Will never go anywhere else as long as I live in Charlotte.

I HIGHLY recommend Woodies! I got a nail in my tire and took it to small shop by my house and was told that I needed a new $200 tire!!! I immediately call Woodies and made an appointment with them to get a 2nd opinion. They got me in right away and told me the nail didn't even puncture my tire so I did not need a patch. They were so kind to take the nail out and check the rest of my tires free of charge!nThe Gentleman at the front desk has exceptional customer service skills and is very personal! Everyone there treats you like family!

This location had always had wonderful customer service. As a woman, unfortunately, some auto service companies suggest work that is not required. Woodies has always been honest and professional. Thanks guys!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The staff at Woodie’s is truly incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The prices are fair and they do a great job. Also, they have a shuttle service which is helpful for those unable to wait for their car. I’ve been looking for a shop in Charlotte like this and I am so grateful I have found it.
