Overall sub par. The tech missed the first date of appointment without giving a notice. Made multiple calls to figure out what time they were to arrive but no answer, no return calls or text messages They rescheduled the appointment to the next day but again without giving an exact time. I don't understand why I had to wait a whole day wondering when the tech would arrive when I have my own business to attend to. No apologies given. Unprofessional.
