I went on 7/14/20 at 2pm and the lady working that day took a whole minute to finish her conversation with the other guy working there to take my order. It wasn’t like they were talking about work stuff either, they were gossiping. They knew I was there and were on the other side of the cash register. She was also so rude and has a rushed mono tone with me and every consumer in line after me. I wasn’t giving her an additive or anything. I’m so nice! I never leave bad reviews but man this was just a really bad experience and I had never been treated so badly especially by a Starbucks employee.

Came in at 7pm (they close at 8pm). They tell me that they are only servicing hot coffee when the lady in front of me got a latte with whip cream and all. I clearly see already brewed teas (what I wanted) in the back and I asked why they couldn’t be served, she didn’t even bother turn around and continued to say only black coffee now with no explanation. I would’ve been understanding if they gave me a reason but it just seemed like they didn’t want to serve me even though everything was in stock and I could see it. Not sure why this is how they choose to run this Starbucks but I find it incrediably rude!

This location has let me down multiple times. Once I had a coupon for half off ANY beverage, and they told me I could only use it on certain drinks. And then today I asked for a chocolate banana smoothie and they told me they couldn't make it because they didn't have any bananas. This Starbucks is inside a Target. They have easy access to more bananas. -__- Do better, Starbucks.

Extremely slow service. Baristas talking to each other and other staff instead of actually doing their jobs. Never coming back to this Starbucks again.
