Great real estate agency! We had just been through selling our house with a real estate agent that provided no feedback or communication on many issues, and once our house was under contract we barely heard a peep from them. After some other real estate agents I've had unfortunate experiences with, Chris, at C A Carter group was a breath of fresh air. He was very communicative, it seemed like he really cared, and I think he might have shown us 20+ houses all over the Charlotte area. With Chris we made an offer on one house, and when the owners came back asking for more, I feel he provided excellent feedback and told us that he wouldn't let us make a decision that he himself wouldn't feel comfortable with. He quite easily could have told us just to accept their offer and had an easy commission, but instead he told us he thought they were asking too much. He worked with us for a further three weeks looking at more homes, always asking my wife and I what we liked about one house vs. another, where one house sat on our list compared to others, and was generally very attentive to our sometimes long list of must haves. We eventually found a perfect house for us, and Chris worked hard to get some of the issues in the inspection report resolved quickly, Chris seemed like he was always sending us an email at 5am ready to get on with the next step in finding us that dream home, let me tell you, that drive is something you don't see with most real estate agents. Chris made us feel like family, we even signed most of the documents for our house in his living room, so that he could get things done in a very timely manner. Chris and C A Carter Group real estate were excellent to do business with and I'd be happy to work with them again if we ever decide to sell our new wonderful house.
