They are easy to work with and through. Diagnosed my problem in a day and luckily just needed an easy part replaced. I would recommend shopping around for price as I think I paid slightly more than necessary for the work that was done. But ultimately, I'd trust them with my car again!
Honest and great service!
Ray was really great in getting me in, ordering parts, and getting me out in about 24 hours after I hit a deer 60 miles outside of Pierre and limped into town. I drove 350 miles after I picked up my car, and everything seems great. I trust his honesty and the garage's quality of work 100%. I only gave 4/5 just because I'm not convinced I got the best prices on parts and feel the shop nickels and dimes more than it should for an independent shop. Example, charging $55 for the diagnoses of the radiator and other components damaged upon impact, charging for parts cleaner, charging for the little bit of trans fluid required to top off, etc. It's a practice I expect from chains and dealers, not from a shop like Ray's. But, I cannot stress enough I don't doubt any of the work completed or the honesty of the shop.
Very friendly and more than willing to squeeze us in for a brake job.
They do good work at a fair price. Installed a starter with a lifetime warranty. Installed a muffler for me. Always do my oil changes. Get me in fast and get the work done in a timely manner. Worked with me on payments when pay day was close. Would recommend to anyone.
