They where neat but I asked for medium and go extra small braids if u go ask for large if your expecting medium
Owner was extremely rude and completely unprofessional. All the way to the extent that they asked me to get more money to pay for a service. Which was okay with me because I understand the worth of the service. She asked me to go to the ATM but she and some of the other workers wouldn’t let me get in my car to go to the ATM. Can you say embarrassing! I will NEVER recommend this place and I won’t be returning. I have my own business and I’m licensed to do hair but I love the way the Africans braid which is why I came to this shop. I’m very disappointed with the service I received!! My braids are nice but I’m all about customer service. Just a no for me.

I referred my sister to her. My sister called her and asked her what time to come in, she told her to come at 2 o’clock. My sister got there at 2 o’clock, the woman had 3 people in front of her my sister said “well you told me to be here at 2 so that’s what time I came I’m not about to sit and wait” the woman told my sister “WELL YOUR’R GOING TO HAVE TO WAIT..” my sister got her keys and left, the last was so unprofessional!!!!!
