I am not biased in any way or form, I am just going to state what my first experience was with this place in all truthfulness. I went to get a balance and wheel alignment on all four tires. They got the balance done, but everything else was not very great. In the process, they somehow managed to strip out four of my lug nuts, and stripped two studs very badly, luckily they had two more on hand which is due to them not carrying aftermarket rim lug nuts. Got sent home with 4 lug nuts on each tire on the driver side, and only 3 lug nuts on each tire on the passenger side. After all that, the wheel alignment was still off, still veering off to the right. For the price I paid i would think their would be a better job well done!
Every experience I have had with John and his crew has been top notch! Had my struts replaced last fall. They have worked with me from setting up payments to ensuring quality workmanship through their warranty program. As a mechanics daughter, I appreciate the quality and hometown feel when I stop in for work!
I am not from Pierre, and was driving through Pierre, to get to Rapid City. My brakes were acting up along with my suspension at the very end of a work day. Even though it was the end of the day, TMA looked at my vehicle and spent time explaining things to me. Bruce even offered to let me us a vehicle if I needed one around town. What a great experience when you are not in your hometown and need help. Thank you Bruce and Clint. You guys were great!! I appreciate it!
