The general CVS timeline for COVID testing is 3-4 days but it has been 11th day since my COVID test. No response yet. I call them they direct to an automated line and it says pending and hangs up. No other way to reach out to them. Even the pharmacy number goes to voicemail and says all agents are busy at the moment lol wth

This location is not in the best area, but the staff there is amazing from the front store to the back of the store never had a problem.Every situation is different and have to be handled accordingly and usually if you treat people with respect you will get the same in return...

Cashier is very mean don’t wanna work she’s hiding in the back I waited 10 mints then she saw me and come out

I have called 4 times, been on hold a total of 52 minutes . STILL haven't spoken to a representative or pharmacist and at this point im in need of a manager. All im trying to do is ask a question about a medication. I would give 0 stars but then i cant comment.

Great pharmacists. My mom got her meds there for years. They always showed genuine concern. Other staff also helpful.
