Mike the service manager was polite professional and made me feel like I was special. Double check everything I wanted done to make sure who was written down correctly. He even called River City transit to arrange for a ride for me, while I was waiting the secretary Gloria asked where I was going, she said it was over by where she lived and instead of waiting for a ride she gave me one. Although I don't know yet about the repairs on my RVat this point I will definitely be giving them kudos and ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

What a joke. Waiting for 2 1/2 for a ac replacement. Ordered online, put it in my sell. Never got a call back. No feedback. Not buying anything from this store. Got a heat pump online, half of price, installed it myself. Easy.
