We called and gave them our budget and what we wanted. Jay did an awesome job, the cars were detailed, inspected and fueled before we arrived and it was basically a sign and drive experience. No hassles, no sales games to get you to spend more. They treated us with true dignity and respect. This is our second buying experience with Gateway and they are now the only place I will go to. Why go anywhere else and if they can't do something they are up front about it. No surprises.

Had a check engine light on my Land Cruiser as I was driving cross country.ncall gateway explained my situation and they were able to schedule me for as soon as I was able to arrive to the dealership.n30 minutes after arriving they have solved my problem and I was on the way.nThanks to Mike and Erin I was able to continue our trip with minimal disruption.

Went in today with our giveaway tickets. Had never taken part before. Immediately pressured by the salesman to fill out paperwork and purchase a vehicle. We expressed very little interest aside from one particular car. He still insisted on broadening that even though my fiance made it clear that the only car he had interest in was not on the lot. After, when his credit was not high enough to run for financing, I was pressured to sign on as a cosigner. I was running out of time on my lunch and told him so. He kept stalling and pushing us to stay even though I was going to be late back to work. We asked him to just call us with any updates and if we were interested to see what was available, we'd come back. He wouldn't take no for an answer and we had to physically walk away from him. We got to the car and he'd followed us out, yelling to us that he'd call us in a while once he'd found out what we'd be able to check out.nNever heard back from him, but had already decided we didn't want to give our business to someone so pushy and that made us feel so uncomfortable.nNot 4 hours later I get SEVEN different notifications from my credit monitoring service and he'd approved SEVEN SEPARATE credit inquiries.nI seriously cannot believe the lack of integrity and I feel completely taken advantage of.nAnything to make a sale, even if it hurts a family to do it? I'm going to have to work for months now to get these inquiries boosted back up to where I'd been at.nHe knew this going in, knew we were not really interested, knew that both our credits were struggling and STILL allowed this to happen.nAnd then... Absolutely no word.nnAppalled at him and can't believe that this could be encouraged.
