I recently purchased a vehicle from Gateway from 1500 miles away in Nevada. They advertised an extremely fair price and negotiated with me with all details disclosed up front. I have seen many times dealerships tack on extra fees like pin-stripping and window etching last minute knowing I could do nothing about it after traveling in; they did none of that. It was a true no-pressure sale. There were a few hiccups in the actual delivery of the vehicle but those were made right by the dealership. I would recommend this dealership to anyone from South Dakotan and especially anyone across the country looking for a Ford/Toyota vehicle and want a good buying experience.

My parents got their current car from Gateway. They wouldn't stop going on about how nice the staff is to the customers. The garage people are great as well. When they tell you a time that your car is going to be done, they're usually pretty close with the time. We took my dad to get his car, and they were just finishing the oil check on it. Right on time!

I didn't end up buying here, but Jay was very friendly & so great about getting me any information & extra pictures I wanted. Will definitely check back when I'm in the market for another vehicle!
