Friendly and helpful staff. Got my flu shot here and didn’t even feel it. Never had a bad experience here and been with them for years.
Every time I go in here the shelves are empty. I'm talking Metamucil, and normal everyday items. Can't buy it if it's not on shelves. And you wonder why I took my pharmaceutical business elsewhere.
Always the staff - from the pharmacy to the front counter - has been friendly and helpful. Always willing to answer questions or listen. The store has been well organized and clean on every visit.
Best CVS ever!!! Employees are always friendly and great.this is the cvs i love to go i never had a racist look towars me or nothing. In all the other cvs around gastonia there is always someone racist or mean!
This store is very outdated, the carpet is stained and the store has this weird musty odor. Very dimly lit and staff is not friendly at all. I was ignored at the pharmacy counter for a good 10 minutes while there was no one else there or in the drive thru and there were two people working back there. When they finally acknowledged my existence they were very apathetic and uncaring. This is not a one time occurrence and it has permanently put me off of all CVS stores entirely.
