Customer service is great. I have received nothing but the best of both from David and Tammy. They will help you on anything and explain any questions you have, i will recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I came in on a Saturday and the place was pretty busy. Our old trailer lights were not working. Honestly when we saw that there was one person working that day we thought it would take forever to be seen. But Matt did something you don’t see many people pull off. He was able to help customers by answering questions while working on another customer’s truck and never missed a phone call while helping people even making sales while doing so. That part was not the impressive part. What impressed us was how he managed to get all of us in this shop talking to everyone, like we were all a bunch of old friends. His ability to do this made the waiting for our turn seem so little. Turns out it was just a ground wire on our trailer that he fixed in three minutes. We will definitely be sending more business this way. My wife and I are so happy to see people can still run a business like the old days where you find friends Not just someone wanting to take your money

Customer service is as important to me as the product of which I purchase. I have received nothing but the best of both from Tammy. I needed to purchase a shed and was unsure of what size I needed, but Tammy was able to figure the perfect size to fit my needs. She even followed up with me to make sure everything was perfect after set up. That is GREAT customer service!!

called Tammy and needed a replacment window for my cab cover. She is very knowledgeable and nice woman.nShe called to tell me my window was in and we scheduled a time, was told woul take a hour to install. The installer was very professional and took great care and pride wuth my truck.nI will definetly go back for and truch acessories.nGreat business and fantastic people.nBill k

THIS IS THE EPITOME of excellent customer service. Thank you Tammy!! /nI asked for their help in repairing an old Leonard Building. Texted pictures like they requested and they were to work up costs and get back to me.nIt's been 3 1/2 weeks now. *** UPDATE: Leonard reached out to me and couldn't be more apologetic for letting me fall through the cracks.nThank you to Tammy, Matt & Joe for being so diligent to take care of my building issues.
