Hooper's Used Auto Parts

Friendly staff, had what I needed.

Did an online search for the part I needed, and found Hooper's supposedly had one. I called 2 times today and was told they did in fact have the part, and it would be waiting on me when I arrived. I left work an hour early to make it before they closed, a 40 minute drive one way, and was told when I arrived that they in fact did not have the part. I was told they should have called but didn't have my number but I find it hard to believe that a business in 2021 doesn't have caller ID. Customer parking area was a mud hole. If you choose this place I hope your experience is better than mine

Great place for parts but I will say I hate how I can't get parts my self like I can at other places . I hate waiting on somone to get what I need or they could tear up the parts too that i need cause i work on alot old vehicles an alot parts u can't find anymore . Wish they wouldn't crush things so fast there's alot parts I needed off s10s 82-93

Called early in the morning and asked for intake manifold, they checked and they said it’s in stock $75 so I drive 48 miles to pick it up and they tell me that they don’t have it. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Words can’t describe how utterly angry I am.
