If I could give 0 stars I would!! Let me start by saying I have had numerous service issues with this location since 2013! I called myself trying to have faith in them one last time today. I ordered online and did not receive my order on time. There was no decency to call nor follow up to let me know my order was running late. I attempted multiple times to call to find out what was going on and no one was answering the phone for an entire hour!!! I am even ashamed to say that I used to work here back in 2004 and it wasn't this bad though. It's an extremely ratchet and unprofessional environment. This location needs to be shut down effective immediately!!! If you don't want to work then go home! There are people out here struggling in this Pandemic trying to find jobs and your staff is taking it for granted! By the time I received my pizza it was cold on my doorstep!! Unacceptable!!! I'm reporting you all to corporate!

Delivery was prompt and courteous, but pizza was raw. Pan pizza should not arrive as dough and should have even slices. Very dissappointed in this ordering experience; if I wanted take and bake I would have ordered that. I ordered delivery and expected an edible product to arrive. Also, there was no seasoning on these breadsticks.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My order was messed up I ordered the cookie brownie boneless wings and stuffed pizza and the only thing I received was my pizza. So I called them and was wondering where was the rest of my stuff and they said they would give me credit for it and I was like no because last time they messed up my order they said the gave me credit but when I tried to use it they said it wasn’t in the system and they can’t do anything about it. So they brought my food and said they gave me credit so I called today to order and to use my credit and guess what happened they said it’s not in the system and they can’t do anything about it. I said let me speak to your manager and she said he’s busy I can put you on hold for 10 mins and she kept talking over me being very nasty . I will never order from them again they are ratchet rude and unprofessional.

Terrible service; had to call 6 times and then had to walk inside to get my order. Phones don’t work and transferred to bad number. Escorial luck with covid. Bad experience
