Business owner please advise about your personal at the front desk, I walk in a week ago to ask about the window tinting service and especially ask about an appointment but the lady just told me just walking the next Saturday (first come first to serve) and my surprise today when I showed 7:50 am Saturday and wait outside patiently till 8:30 am.... every one got an appointment.... please ask to your personal be REALLY CLEAR about your working system, to avoid misunderstanding like me, and a bad review for something simple to fix. You loose a client and a recommendation from me. But remember this is just a recommendation.

I definitely would not recommend any one go here. Regardless how early you are you will sit all day. I was there 3rd in line around 8:15am didnt leave til after 3:30pm. The guy tj who I learned did my tint didnt even bother letting me know my car was done other people had to tell me my car had been sitting for almost 20mins. On top of that he just left my keys on a box in the lobby. All my windows had bubbles n scratch marks and was uneven cuts. Ive gotten pulled by police which later found out I had 3% on my driver window and 10% on the other 3 windows. I clearly asked for 5% all way around. I dont see how this place is still in business. The owner is ok the lady at the front desk has a attitude. Honestly the workers is horrible customer service could be better at the front desk and the timing could be way faster. Just all around not worth your time or cash you get what you pay for and its not worth the $80. NEVER AGAIN!!!
