I loved the service I received from Impressive Window Tints. I was referred to CJ and have say myself that he is very professional. I had no problems making an appointment ant getting in quick. There was no wait time for scheduled appointments and he was done in under an hour. Would highly recommend this company to everyone!! Also very affordable which is a plus! Outstanding job!

I've decided to change that review because problems were not dealt with by the owner (described below).nnI contacted this shop because of their great reviews on Google. I was scheduled and taken care of very quickly (less than 24 hours), which was very important to me because of work conflicts with a new job. Thank you very much. Once there, the work was done quickly at just a little over an hour for 3 windows. I paid in cash and was on my way.nnFast forward one day. I noticed the film had hundreds of little silver/white dots. Have you ever put a phone screen on and had dust underneath? That's what it looks like on my car times 10. I contacted the owner and let him know. His first response was a text image of a waiver he will ask you to sign stating that imperfections are normal. In my opinion, having a number of cars tinted in the past, the extent of debris under the film exceeds reasonable imperfections. It's literally hundreds spread across all 3 windows.nnThe owner explained that the back window was difficult to get to (the car is a convertible Jaguar F-Type R) and implied that's the reason debris is under the film. I told him that is the reason I took it to a professional instead of trying to tint it myself.nnThe owner offered to try to push out debris on the sides and retint the rear with no guarantees (thank you). I'm hugely disappointed he didn't have confidence that his materials and technique would be right the second time around (no guarantees).nnHe offered to schedule me during the week, but I couldn't because I was starting a new job. I asked if I could schedule for Saturday and he said no. I asked if I could schedule for the following Saturday and never received a response.nnAt this point, I've written up this experience as a bad mistake and have said goodbye to my money (paid in cash). I'm out $300 for tint on a $110,000 car that needs to be done right but isn't.

Very professional. Didn’t take more than an hour once it got started!! Great price amazing work. Customer service was amazing. Overall 100% happy with his work!!!

I searched this business and visited the website where all I saw was great testimonials and great photos of their work. I had my husband call and they referred him to set an appoint on their website. My husband did just that. The only available times were 9 am and 2 pm, so he set the appointment for 9 am. The morning of the appointment he text my husband 20 mins before the appointment and said he needed to change the appointment time to 10:30 pm. My husband was clearly bothered by this but begrudgingly agreed. Fast forward to 10:30 am and my husband is waiting patiently outside of an empty shop. The shop is closed and there is no one in sight. So my husband text the same number that changed the appointment time to 10:30 am to let him know he was outside. No response for 10 mins, then he gets a text from that same number stating he is around the corner. He doesn't arrive until 10:55 am. My husband immediately request for a refund, which he obliged. I can't attest to the quality of work this business provides because we chose not to go through with the appointment, but I can say the the professionalism and customer service was not at all Impressive to us.

I am very pleased with tint on my car. This is second time using Impressive Window Tints. I called & was able to get an appointment in timely manner. He tinted the entire car in reasonable time and his work is very clean. I will continue to recommend Impressive Window Tints.
