Terry repaired my generator several years ago and did a great job, it has powered me through two emergencies in the last few years. My tiller gave out last year so I brought it in and now is now running better than I can remember. He does a good job and his fees are reasonable.

Not very happy I explained that my generator carburetor was loading up and it was on my rv in which I live in I ask how he was looking for Monday he said he didn’t open until 4pm but could bring it today which was Sunday. He knew I was was coming about 50 mins away. When I got there nobody answered the door so I called his cell many time to tell him I was there. Still nothing so I went and knock on the garage nothing. I went back to the front door nothing. I sat in the driveway for a few mins then I let I went down the road to a small store called again nothing. So on my way back through I stopped again. And he saw me this time he was at the neighbors house. He walked over looked at it and said you can’t leave it can you. I said no but I wasn’t it a hurry I would wait. He Proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t work on it today so I drove almost 2 hours for nothing and I get 8 miles to the gallon so I did nothing but cost me money that day. I also told him I was disabled and that I live in it. It’s a shame.
