We camped in Area 1 by the water in site 51. It was is peaceful and beautiful. Fun to watch the boats go by. Will hopefully be able to come back.

Great place to tent camp. Grounds keepers are working hard to make big improvements, but it is already looking great. Fair price. Lake Chatuge is great and Hiawassee is a nice town.
