I'm gonna be honest: since moving to the South, I've struggled to find a local pizza place that lives up to my expectations. Ciao Bella was pretty good!
Disappointed in this place being I was told to go to their side window to pick up my order. I went to check on the status of my order and the employees knew I was standing there looked me in my face and continued fixed another customer meal who arrived after me. After I noticed another customers picked up their orders from inside the establishment. I entered to be told they seen me standing in the cold but my order wasn't ready at that time. A simple acknowledgement of my present at the window would have been appreciated. I would never recommend anyone to order from them if that's the kind of customer service given.
I always have a great experience. The pizza is great. Reminds me of a pizza place in my hometown. They can put Papa John's to shame
