Super easy to setup an appointment and the technician arrived right on time. Super friendly and the technician verified settings with me as he worked. After he was finished, he took time to explain about a unique feature of the tires he pulled off my vehicle. I will certainly use Tread Connection again and look into buying tires from them.

I have a low profile car (Saturn sky redline) with special jack-points and pucks needed... these guys handled it like pros. They came on-time and keep you in the loop the whole time up to the appointment. I'll be using them for all future installs.
