Mark, Joel and Sarah are always so kind, friendly, professional and helpful on the phone as well as in person. Cedar Point Tire took great care of work vans so I decided to take our personal vehicles there. We have had 4 of our vehicles serviced there with tires, oil changes, turn signals, fuel pump, battery, etc. The owner has 30 years of service and knowledge and is highly trusted by many. Mark always goes out of his way to make we are taken care of and pleased. Thank you for a job well done!

Just moved here from VA and got a nail in my tire. My neighbor told me about Cedar Tire as they take their cars for service etc. I called on a Monday morning and asked if I could come and get my tire looked at. The owner responded they were busy but come anyway. Good for me the nail did not puncture the tire so no patch needed plus Pat found another small nail. They did not charge me even though I offered to pay something. Highly recommend. Good people for sure.

What a great experience discovering Cedar Point Tire. The customer service was outstanding. It’s rare to find people you can trust to fix your car for a reasonable price and to get the work done quickly and with quality workmanship. I found Cedar Point tire to be all of these things. I had a real concern for my car's well-being along with an immediate need to get her to the shop. I called and arrangements were made for pick-up.nAfter a thorough examination by the team of mechanics working at Cedar Point Tire , I was called with an explanation of work needed and an estimate of cost.nOn a routine check of fluid levels , which is a service provided on check-ins, a secondary issue was found which was paramount to the future health of the car.nAll in all I could not have asked for a better experience. Cedar Point Tire is AWESOME. I came into town for vacation and my Power Steering light popped on - 5 hours from home. Of course, by the time I dropped my car off the light had gone off and it was driving fine, but it still felt like a good idea to get it checked out. They got me into the shop in a timely manner even though they were packed, and checked everything out in about 24 hours. Even though my PS light was no longer on, they still checked it out, checked all the fluids, and took it for a test drive to see if they could find what caused it. They couldn’t find anything wrong with my car, but I assumed they’d At least charge me an inspection fee but NOPE! Free of charge. I guess all the reviews I read ahead of time about them being fair were right on the money! Whether you live here, or are just here for a short trip, If you have car problems bring it to this crew - they’ll take care of you!
