Soooo make me wait on chicken fine I want it cooked however... taking advantage of my time since I was nice enough to move ahead to allow other people to get their food was wrong to do, stuffing all my food for a family of 5 in one bag, so packed it can't close to keep for hot and fresh horrible thing to do, then tell me after I pay that I can't have a large size drink because you are out of large cups and not offer any alleviation for the inconvenience was pretty messed up as well, and to top it all off when I get home to finally eat from my 20 minute drive I am missing part of my order namely a chicken sandwich WHICH I WAS TOLD WAS HOLDING UP MY ORDER!!! You guys are despicable!!!

Polite staff. I got my food quickly and efficiently. Wasnt missing anything. Sad there was no szechuan sauce though. Its okay though, I had a great visit and that matters more than some sauce :)nnEdit: Its now 2021 and yalls service has gone down. Im removing my 5 stars because when yall do not have something yall should be able to mention if there is an alternative available. Not just give said alternative. I always get honey mustard but multiple times have I been given tangy BBQ sauce. Was not asked if I would want it instead. They are not even similar. No this isnt the only thing why ive removed stars. But you can do better, I know you can.

The manager was extremely rude. There was no signs saying the lobby was closed and I literally walked in cause they forgot to give me straws I walk in and the manager says I need to get the hell out the lobby is closed. The employees were embarrassed by it and apologized once out of the managers hearing.
