Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville Service

I have used two Fred Anderson Toyota’s (Asheville and Columbia) and both are generally very similar though Columbia’s facility is a more modern design. Asheville took care of me today and scheduled me yesterday afternoon for my appointment today, even though the website wouldn’t let me choose it, I was assured it would be 90 minutes or less- it was 75 minutes. They are taking extra precautions due to the pandemic with a thin courtesy plastic cover to protect anything they would ordinarily touch inside of your vehicle, which I was pleased to see. All in all it was a good service, consistent with what I’ve come to expect over the past two years.

Kevin, service rep, was welcoming, professional for this 180k-mile service. Very knowledgeable of requirements. Thorough inspection discovered low battery, requiring replacement; not expected, but not surprising. This is a major all-day service. Kevin kept me informed of progress. Very satisfied.

Service is great. Helpful and decently priced. Sales is incredibly pushy or non-existent depending on the day. Bought my truck at Knoxville Toyota because of this. Will be buying the wife's highlander there after the attempt last week where they did everything but hang me upside down by my ankles and shake me down.

Communication from sign in to service was good. What I Really loved was the video the tech shot both under the hood and under the car. This will go a long way in developing a great deal of trust between the customer and service dept. I will be using these folks again. They are the most professional service folks I've ever used. Nice job!
