I am an over the road trucker and when I talked to an individual that worked at this facility, I had told them when I could come in to pay the bill and they told me that would be fine. I dropped the payment in the dropbox the morning I said I would be in to make the payment because they weren't open yet. Even though I had made arrangements with them to pay the bill, they sold my stuff anyways. I recommend not using this storage facility as they will sell your stuff even after they say they won't after making payment arrangements with them.
Definitely recommend A Mini Storage! Very helpful and friendly staff, great prices, and clean facility! Best storage units in the area!
Great service, friendly staff, clean facility, absolutely no complaints at all. Very affordable, and I always feel safe while on the premises and feel comfortable leaving my things in storage there.
