I would give them negative 5 stars if I could. This place is CROOKED so let that name stick in your head and do NOT put your stuff in storage there. My entire contents of my storage unit were stolen and I do believe it was an inside job. The manager seems nice but if you ask her a question about your contract or anything else be prepared for a scathing. There are so many more places that are much nicer in the area...go to one of them, take it from me its better than losing things that are important to you. These people are straight to hoodwink ya and blame it on the rain. ESCATAWPA MINI STORAGE IS RUN BY THIEVES.

Had things stolen out of our unit and said there was nothing they could do we only had 3 things stolen from our unit was the weird thing unit was full of stuff
