Haven’t eaten yet. My review is that I received 2 emails. Brought my nephew here. One for my birthday waffle. One for a regulars free order of bacon.nnApparently some genius at corporate decided that “viewing” the deal too many times, maybe 3-4 times, now prohibited me from redeeming either.nnNow I’ve gotten their emails in the past and there is if I recall correctly a coupon you can show or print out.nnI emailed the person that is on the email.nnI also spoke with and showed a shift manager, Lexus, and she really had no response, even though. I asked for the Manager. The shift person mentioned the managers name but did not offer to get her to resolve the issuennMy last time at any Waffle House until this is resolvednnDon’t go to the one at the Promenade in Diberville. Found a large black hair in my sausage , egg and cheese hash brown bowl. But not til the end of eating most of it

Nicest waffle house I've ever been in. Of course we were in Mississippi so their Covid19 cautionary measures were not a 10 but certainly not a 3 either. The waitress was Mary and she was nice but just took too long to being us our coffee. If u are a coffee drinker, u understand. Food was top notch waffle house.

Food as good, love Waffle House but server didn't pay attention to me while I ordered and got my order wrong. Had to remind her twice I had not gotten waffle. Maybe just me but ladies working there wore designer looking mesh masks that offered no protection but looked good on them and servers were handling dirty dishes and then bring you your food without washing hands.

It was really busy, but there was this 1 woman in particular doing 20 jobs- taking names, seating people, cleaning tables, getting drink orders, and more and honestly the line moved surprisingly fast. She is the reason I'm giving it 5 stars. I hope she gets a raise.

Great customer service... Let's reiterate this...nPreviously 5 stars, because the customer service was exceptional and the food LOOKED GOOD.nTaking my food to go to the telly. Now I don't normally eat at waffle house because of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... But that wasn't the case.n... I had hash browns and a steak sandwich...nNext linenMY STOMACH IS ON STRAIGHT PAIN MODE!nFood poisoning! 3rd degree! I was 100 before I ate there. I hate waffle house. Never ever again. If anyone ask me to eat at waffle house. Ill tell them of this day!
