I LOVE Downtown Ocean Springs Yoga. All of the ladies are super sweet. I can't tell you how much better my wife and I feel after an hour doing yoga with Ellen. It's never the same lesson and she is a tremendous guide and friend. The facilities are perfect for classes. The classes are great as well and there is something for everyone and all levels. Can't recommend more highly. One other thing, if you get a chance to do a private lesson take some time to do a guided meditation with Ellen. It is really cool to let your mind reset!
Beautiful little studio in the middle of downtown Ocean Springs! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. I love being apart of this community!

I planned on touring several yoga spaces while I was in the Ocean Springs area. However, I was instantly made to feel as if I was a member of the family and chose to stay here! Look no further than Downtown Yoga Ocean Springs!
Hands down the best yoga on the MS coast! I've been practicing regularly here for over two years and it has filled my cup in so many ways! Studio offers a wide variety of classes and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The community of yogis is diverse and down to earth. Love, love this studio!!
