I wanted to find a martial arts school for my son because we were having issues at school and at home. We are beyond pleased with the Ocean Springs Martial Arts Academy. The Instructors (Brandon and Gary) have been so helpful to my son. He loves the classes and they have given him direction on how to handle issues at school. They have also been giving him advice on how to improve his grades. I had called around when we were looking for a place to attend; this was the only one that I found that was even interested in my son’s school issue and his grades. Wow! Also, I was pleased that I did not have to sign a contract because when I was calling around to the other Martial Arts Schools; I was told I would have to sign one. I took advantage of the week free at this School so I could make sure my son liked it. We then decided on one of the specials they were running and took advantage of the pay for three months and get one month free. He loves his new uniform which we did not have to pay for and he parades around the house in it. I have seen so much improvement in his confidence, respect, and everything is improving at school. Awesome Martial Arts School!!!! I have already recommended it to others.

When I first walked in the door I had low self-confidence and had a poor self-image. As I progressed my confidence rose and my self-image began to rise. I have had such success with improving myself and I enjoy it so much that I became an instructor. I enjoy teaching the children and even at age 41 I even compete in tournaments. It is a very positive place to be and train. I recommend it to anyone, child or adult, that is looking for a place to learn martial arts, self-defense, or even just good fitness not based in a standard gym.

I live in Madison, WI and just attended a coaching clinic in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Ocean Springs Martial Arts Academy sent a clinician for a presentation. I really enjoyed his presentation and found his approach to training Judo athletes innovative and well thought out. I would recommend Ocean Springs Martial Arts Academy for anyone looking to train martial arts in the greater Biloxi area. I especially like the way he ties academic learning to his academy program. Excellent!

I've never been to the studio, but OSMA and the students are awesome and well-trained when they make their way to Jackson for our tournaments at Melton's Judo Club. class-acts, the lot of them.nnlooking forward to opportunities for our gyms to cross-train and continue to grow not only the fine art of Judo, but sportsmanship and character today's youth needs.

My sister and I checked it out and we absolutely love the place!! The instructors and everyone there is so so nice and welcoming. I can honestly say that they care about helping you and making sure you reach your goals! Forget the gym, this is where you need to be!!
