Jackson County Tax Collector

I have always had a pleasant experience here until today.nThe clerks were always friendly, courteous and helpful.nThen there is Regina. To put it politely, she is none of these things. I am dissatisfied that people of our county have to deal with service like this when they are just trying to do their civic duty of paying taxes.

didn't answer phone with their name . I know why. I called four times and only one was a little helpful

I called the lady had bad actitude ,they need to get fires

We were in this office last week... I promise you, these are very nice people. They listened to us, and helped us solve a problem that we couldn’t .. They know the laws, and how effectively to use them. I am so proud to be living in Jackson County, MS. and knowing that there are people in place, to make the well being of our County a great place to live. Thank you Mary Ann, you are awesome!

VERY RUDE!! And impatient with all customers. Regina is the worst. Not understanding and very mean.
