Having no idea what I was doing, somehow I was lucky enough to get Teresa Reid to help me. Her knowledge and professionalism was outstanding from the very beginning of my ordeal. She also was kind, caring and understanding which is such a valuable attribute.nThanks Teresa!

This is the worst utility company I have ever worked for and I've been in the business a long time,I can see in the very near future this company will be taken over by someone else with better quality and more professional. There was only one individual that I admire that had tremendous amount of knowledge, leadership qualities and a wonderful person. He knows who he is! The rest are a joke starting from the human resource department on down,the favoritism is going to ruin this outfit because there's no teamwork what so ever. You will never grow with this company because of their frivolous buddy system.

They must receive bonuses or something for milking you for every penny they can get. The women in the St. Martin office are very rude and condescending also, Melissa in particular.
