Wasn't there a month and broke into. Items I had grown up with and can not be replaced. Police report. No cameras working. So sad. Insurance cannot cover without receipts??? deceased husband's momentoes .
Awesome company. Very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Good storage units and don't charge a fortune.
Terrible place. Went to kiosk and paid for unit. The kiosk gave us an inoperable gate access code. When we called the help line the recorder just ran us in a circle with no live help option. When we looked at the gate, we noticed all the wiring torn from the control box. Turns out we didn’t need an active access code because the gate wasn’t even locked.
My friend is renting a storage unit here. On 02/07/2020 at 12am we left the storage after placing her items in the storage. She came back at 10:20 am she went to her storage to find out her storage until was broken into. Not even 24 hours of putting her items in the storage it was broken into! They stole all her expensive stuff along with her scrapbook! There was no sign of break in until she opened it. Dont rent from here until you want your until broken into.
I've been using this storage facility for several years. A little bumpy when ownership changed over but was able to speak with Red Dot reps who were very nice and explained everything I needed to know. Very convenient to pay bill online. Very pleased with service!
