It exceeded all my expectations. Phyllis is so friendly, helpful, always trying to help. Never thought that a self storage could be like this one. The cleanliness is unbelievable. All my stuff was much better in there than in my own house. Highly recommend this place. No doubt

This was one of my last resorts as a storage facility that had an open unit near my location. Thankfully phillys cleaned it out while I was there to make sure I was able to get a unit. She has exceeded any customer service experience I have ever had ANYWHERE. After unloading a truck myself for about 4-5 hours, when she got off work, she even left and brought me a sandwich. It was so touching to think there are still good people out there who are only doing something out of the kindness of their own heart. It was such a small gesture, but she’s continued to always go above and beyond. She’s even answered the phone when I’ve called knowing the business was already closed. No one ANYWHERE these days would pick up a phone even a minute after closing. I just wanted to share my experiences with her and Nikki. They are absolutely wonderful, they are the glue that holds it all together. I’ll be leaving a similar review on Facebook, and emailing corporate- so these fine ladies get the recognition they didn’t seek, but very clearly deserve! You girls are amazing!

I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great 10 by 10 climate controlled unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place!

I recently decided I needed a small unit and chose this location because it's conveniently located - and I'm really glad I did! It's a very nice and clean facility and Phyllis and Paul are awesome! In times where customer service is lacking at most places, I was quite taken by how kind, friendly and helpful Phyllis is - always! I definitely recommend for all your storage needs.
