I really love Grand Slam Storage on Grelot Road I have use this facility several time and each time was better than the other. Staff really helpful and friendly. It’s very clean and safe camera everywhere. Never saw a bug. I recommend GrandSlam the name fits and you will be pleased. 5+ stars.

If more stars were possible, I would definitely give more . I have been looking for a storage for over the past few weeks and wasn't getting any luck on a 10x10. I just put on a waiting list with GrandSlam and would get a call once something came available. Amy called me on yesterday and was excited to let me know they just got the size I needed available. She was very helpful and made me aware that this size storage goes every quickly. I made my purchase and very relieved that I can stop looking. Amy is awesome !!! It's been hard trying to get over there and look at the unit BUT Amy took the time to personally send all of my documents AND even record videos STEP by STEP on how to enter the building and get the my unit . That was extremely nice and sweet of her to do that . I will definitely recommend this location to anybody I see OR know looking for nice, recommendable storage. THANKS AMY . HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!!!

We moved items into a unit at Grand Slam storage on Grelot Road 10 years ago to move in with in my father inlaw to assist him on his daily life and have been very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and how helpful and friendliness of the manager.

My auto-bill declined and no notification was sent out until the account was delinquent. They admitted it could be a fault of their own system - still would not remove the charge. Sure it's only $20.00 but the principal of poor customer service weighs much heavier. Been there for years. Time to start shopping around I suppose.
