I love the experience that I’ve had at this gym. The owner, Phillip Moody, is a delightful human being, and exceptional when it comes to his job! The customer service that you receive is the best of the best. The establishment is always CLEAN, even the bathroomsud83dude4cud83cudffb When I first signed up, the owner took the time to show me around the gym, and how to use all of the equipment, etc;. He even wrote me a personalized workout regimen to help me reach my goals. Also, as a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable working out when I am there. It’s nice to feel like you don’t have people gawking over you. Anyways, I can’t say enough good things about it. All in all, it’s a win, win!ud83dudcaf

Great place work out love it
This gym has been under new ownership for a year or so now and they have done a lot of nice upgrades. It's rarely crowded and has what I need for a well rounded workout. It's also nice having the ability to use every other location when I travel.
This is a great gym! I knew nothing about the equipment or even where to begin a real work out program. I look like it too. However, in a real no judgment fashion, the owner Phillip, walked me through the equipment and put together a real personalized program for me. I’ve been going to the gym for 8 weeks and I have increased in size and strength. The gym is clean and well maintained, provides a variety of equipment, has friendly patrons, and the owner looks out for the interests of the members. What more could you ask for? You will be glad you joined this gym. I know I am!
