Smaller than their Lafayette location, but it is nice to have another grocery store in the downtown area and by my job. I usually go for hot prepared food for breakfast or lunch, as their grocery prices are a bit higher than others overall. The store is always clean and the cashiers are so friendly and chipper.

So far this place seems nice. The ready made food looks eh... a little to be desired. Nevertheless, I can definitely see this place being a very convenient source for quality foods and goods with prices comparable to wholefoods. I'll update after shopping here more.

High prices, no sales ever, very few meat selections but, if you're lucky it could be convenient for a quick shop stop. You're super lucky if you even find ground chuck or beef for a taco night. The vegetables and meats are always wilted or close to rotten. The hot food bar seem to be their focus or string suit..But, goodness the older man at the checkout need training on simply being pleasant, making sure he completed the process when it's time to pay and swipe, and not getting offended with his mistake when answering questions of what's going on, I'm swiping and getting nothing or hell simply when saying nothing but continuously swiping....Geez, I hope it's simply a Work In Progress that will soon Progress.

Dan is the Man. This Fields Grocery Store has really changed the game. We needed this so bad, and they delivered. Hot food available daily. Great selection of whole and organic foods. Me, being gluten free & very satisfied is not a common occurrence. This store is clean and pristine. You will be in and out immediately.
