Moving to 100 was one of my best decisions! There is no better time to wake up to amazing views of the city. It’s like I’m living a constant state of vacation from all that is happening in the world. My agent Carolyn is THE BEST! She was so patient and informative throughout the process. She made sure that I landed in the perfect unit for my lifestyle as a busy entrepreneur that works from home. We still stay in touch after move in. Really responsive service all around.nDid I mention the most unique views in the city?!
Breathtaking views of Forest Park and City even with all the snow. Jeanne Gang design in St. Louis. Nancy at the front desk made me feel very welcome. Maintenance and office staff were equally welcoming and the model apartments were very well done.
I have been leasing a luxury apartment at 100 Above the Park since November 2020. The building and amenities are magnificent! The views of Forest Park are amazing! The staff is absolutely superb! I love it here.
Live here for comfort, style, ESG (well, E&S), interesting neighbors ...we are the first official residents, so while our apartment is top notch, we are not deterred by a little “camping” as the building comes to its glorious completion. The appliances exceed our expectations. In five months, the one time we asked for help (email through resident portal) they arrived within an hour to complete all three requests. We love the Amazon Hub onsite ... the accommodating staff, the hospitality like “free coffee truck” every so often, free delivery by Whole Foods ...and every morning we smile when we walk into the Great Room and see Forest Park. ( In our former home we faced the City for 20 years.) We are so happy here ...our friends who visit tell us they hope to downsize in time to join us before the building is filled. Life is good Above the Park!
New to STL and would totally recommend The 100. I toured several high rises and The 100 was my first and only choice! I absolutely love living here! The views are amazing. The amenities are great and the staff is excellent. Shaelyn, my leasing consultant, is the best. The 100 is the place to be!
