Addictive! If you want an amazing workout with challenging instructors, this is the place. Week one for me and I'm ready to sign up full time. 4 workouts in and loving this. I had boxed before so I had some foundation but they are great at walking you through form and function.

The place is very well equipped. Some trainers better than others. But during a pandemic to pack the boxing workout such that every heavy bag is being used, no temperature checks, no questionnaires about if the client has been exposed to Covid19 in any way in last 10 days, well, seem very irresponsible!nnSo go there on off hours is my advice! Stay safe people!

WORTH IT.nIt Is A INTENSE Workout. Very Aggressive And Demanding But It Felt AMAZING Afterwards.
