If you’re looking for just a workout Dragonfly may not be for you. If you are looking to train with coaches who get to know you and your needs, meet you where you are and help you get stronger, Dragonfly is for you. If you are interested in coaches who invest in their clients and the community, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for a positive community of women who set goals, work for them and encourage each other, Dragonfly is for you. If you are looking for women who lift each other up in an accepting, judgement free environment, then Dragonfly is for you.nThe BEST thing I’ve ever done for myself is become a member of Dragonfly. Through the small-group in person training I have become stronger, physically and mentally, and healthier. Dragonfly- so much more than a workout!

Dragonfly is more than just a gym, it is a community. The workouts are challenging, but always adaptable to meet you where you are at. The coaches will know you by name and know what you are working on in each class. The other members are top notch women who care about supporting and encouraging each other. If you are looking for a new place to workout, I can't recommend Dragonfly highly enough!

Dragonfly Fitness has definitely changed my life in the four short months I have been a member. The trainers are incredible. They really care about meeting you where you are and do everything towards supporting your personal growth and strength within and outside the gym. My form has improved when doing a range of movements - including kettle bell swings, planks, mountain climbers, and deadlifts. For years I have been doing these movements incorrectly and had no idea. Getting stronger and better every day!

I’m so happy I decided to join Dragonfly! I have a true “new member” review since I have only been to one class! Immediately I felt so welcome and was greeted by name. Missy was SO helpful my first class. She met me at the level I was coming in at, instead of making me try to “catch up”. She modified everything perfectly and was so helpful in explaining so many things and answering my 1 million questions. I’m looking forward to my next class!nI really enjoyed how their “joining” process was so thorough...they really want to make sure this is a great fit for you!

I have been a member of this wonderful place for 4 years now. Renah, the owner is top notch. The trainers will know you by name, will modify movements to help start where you need to be. If you have injuries, they will work with you to strength and overcome any obstacles. The gals who come in are friendly and encouraging. It is a community. We raise money for charities, adopt pets, adopt families at Christmas and I always leave feeling better than when I came in. You should come join us!!
