One of the most fun workout classes in the city. Have brought many friends here and they all love it. A great workout that doesn't feel like a workout. Great instructors.
Very clean and brand new equipment. Also the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable especially Bob Walter.
My children attend this organization ❤ and they have helped me with utility bills and clothing for everyone who is in the process of getting their kids back in school and getting their families back on track for a better life.
