The staff were kind of rude and never help. They raised their tones when I expressed very upset about their services. I am a New house owner from California and had to stay a hotel day by day to Wait for their electricity connection. Just like you are a heart attack patient the clinic says you cannot see a doctor without an appointment. It ridiculous! The survey line is nominal in deed. When you complained your bad experiences they maybe either pretended not to hear you ornHanged up handsets , you may head background noise. Too bad! Too ridiculous! There must ananother competitor --electricity provider!!!

Nice place to go on a little home when you don't have a whole lot of time or it's way too hot outside. Nice park though.

Started the process for temp service over a month ago. Paid Ameren $450 for the service and we are still waiting for them to complete the job. I have called for status daily for 2 weeks now and still have not received a call back or email. Until Ameren completes their job (which they advertise takes 7-10 business days) our construction project is on hold. Wish we had paid for generators in the first place and bypassed Ameren.

They quickly fixed power outage and notified me via text when power restored.
